The Kansas volleyball team earned 3-0 and 3-1 victories over McNeese State and Arkansas to claim the Arkansas Invitational title on Saturday in Fayetteville, Ark.
KU sophomore right-side hitter Kelsie Payne is adjusting well to her new position. She led the Jayhawks past McNeese State with 11 kills and five blocks.
In the championship against the hometown Razorbacks, KU trailed 1-0 before rallying and taking three straight sets en route to winning the championship.
