KU running back De'Andre Mann signs with Atlanta Falcons

Kansas football running back De'Andre Mann became the first Jayhawk to find a new team this weekend, and it came shortly after the conclusion of the NFL Draft.

As expected, no KU players were selected in this year's draft, which wrapped up Saturday afternoon. Mann later signed a free agent contract with the Atlanta Falcons.

Mann, a 5-foot-9, 205-pound senior out of Miami, rushed for 387 yards on 77 carries last season for the Jayhawks, scoring one touchdown. He transferred to KU from Hartnell College before the 2014 season, where he put up similar numbers (399 yards on 85 carries).
