We’ve now reached the point in the season where disappointing teams have probably taken their last gasp and are just playing out the string. That’s what’s true of the Chicago White Sox who come to Kansas City to take on the Royals this weekend. There was so much hope for a White Sox team that added pieces through free agency and trade, and then they just didn’t succeed. It happens.
