Down 24-3 in the third quarter, the Chiefs finally found the end zone on a screen pass to rookie WR Tyreek Hill.
Now down 27-10, the Chiefs continued their comeback on a TD pass from QB Alex Smith to Jeremy Maclin.
With just over a minute left to play, the Chiefs tied the game on a short TD run for Spencer Ware.
In OT, Alex Smith plunged in from two yards out to win the game in overtime.
