The KC Star's Terez Paylor gave the Kansas City Chiefs a C+ on their draft and ESPN's Adam Teicher gave them a thumbs down on the draft. ESPN's Mel Kiper seems to be a little higher on the Chiefs 2015 draft picks than those two.
