The Thursday Night Football game between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans in 2015 was a shootout. The 2016 version was a blowout.
The Titans were up 27-0 at halftime in a game that wasn’t even competitive. Quarterback Marcus Mariota finished the night completing 78.3 percent of his passes (18 of 23) for 270 yards and two touchdowns.
The Jaguars didn’t manage to look competitive in this one. Head coach Gus Bradley’s team looked like they were sending a message in which the offense and defense both completely imploded. It’s tough to imagine Bradley survives this one.
