Round 1 of the 2017 NFL Draft is in the books, for Jacksonville it was a success. At pick four the Jacksonville Jaguars did not stray from most mock drafts, they selected the top-rated running back and offensive player in general on most boards with Leonard Fournette.
As reactions both positive and negative spread across the internet, the draft began playing out in an interesting fashion.
Big Men Fall
During the time leading up to the 2017 NFL Draft’s first round, many had upwards of four offensive linemen off the board in the first. However that was not the case after all, for the first time in NFL history an offensive lineman was not selected until pick 20 (Denver).
