No shortage of OTA storylines for Jaguars

The players can’t wear pads. The fans can’t attend. And the media can’t report the activities.

Nonetheless, when the Jaguars start Phase 3 of their voluntary offseason program Tuesday with the first of 10 allowed organized team activity (OTA) workouts, it will represent another step toward the start of training camp (likely Aug. 1), the first chance to see the new additions on the field and a perfect time to start cooking up a projected 53-man roster. So, yes, the OTAs will present plenty of talking points.
