Denard Robinson may have to fend off other players to keep his job as the primary running back with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2015. The running back stable became a bit more crowded with the free agent addition of Bernard Pierce and the team is still expected to add another running back in the 2015 NFL Draft.
That’s not great news for a guy who is still learning the position after transitioning from quarterback just two seasons ago.
Still, Robinson was the team’s rushing leader in 2014 after showing much improved form and consistency over his 2013 “offensive weapon” days.
