Iowa State will host Mississippi State on Dec. 3 in the Big 12/SEC women’s basketball challenge, the Big 12 announced on Monday. Game time has yet to be announced.
The Bulldogs are coming off a Sweet Sixteen appearance and went 28-8 last season. Mississippi State will be led by forward Victoria Vivians, who averaged 17.1 points and 5.8 rebounds while earning All-SEC first-team and honorable mention freshman All-American honors last season.
The Cyclones went 13-17 last season.
