Iowa State won its first match of Saturday 3-1 against North Dakota at Hilton Coliseum.
The Cyclones dropped the first set, 25-20, but then rallied to wins of 25-15, 25-20 and 26-24. ISU is now 2-0 on the season after defeating Dayton on Friday evening.
ISU will face Marquette tonight at 6:30 p.m. to conclude the Cyclone Invitational.
