Guard Hallice Cooke has been granted a full release from Iowa State and will transfer out of the men’s basketball program, the university announced in a press release on Monday.

Cooke transferred to the Cyclones following his freshman year at Oregon State. Cooke averaged 2.6 points and played in 32 games as a reserve this past season.

“I enjoyed my time at Iowa State and will cherish the relationships I made when I was a Cyclone,” said Cooke in a statement.
