The last time we saw the Iowa Hawkeyes on the basketball court was during their 87-68 blowout loss to the eventual national champion Villanova Wildcats in the second round of the NCAA Tournament. Since then, four of their starters have turned pro after graduating, and there is little belief that the Hawkeyes can come close to their 22-11 record from a season ago.
Peter Jok is set to lead the team as the lone senior in the starting lineup, but someone else will need to step up if Iowa wants to make it back to the NCAA Tournament.
