Sycamores Fall to Shockers in Wichita, 67-43

WICHITA, Kan. – Indiana State dropped its fourth game in-a-row Sunday afternoon in Wichita, falling to the Shockers 67-43 inside Koch Arena. The Sycamores fell to 12-15 overall and 6-10 in Missouri Valley Action.

Junior Wendi Bibbins led the way for ISU with 12 points and 10 rebounds for her fourth double-double of the year. Rhagen Smith added nine for the Sycamores.

Wichita State (14-14, 9-7 MVC) jumped out to an early 13-8 lead midway through the first thanks in part to six points from Rangie Bessard. The Shockers continued to attack the paint and Bessard was the main contributor in the first.
