Neymar Jr. lead Brazil to the gold medal today in fútbol on his home turf, and hearing that news was probably a bit more meaningful to Paul George than it would have been a few days ago. Earlier this week, PG got the chance to meet Brazilian legend Ronaldo during his time in the country.

While George admits he was introduced to the goal-scoring phenomenon more through the video game FIFA than watching him on the pitch, PG was well aware that he was in the presence of greatness.

In the best footballing nation on earth, only Pelé can be considered above Ronaldo, who led the national team to three straight World Cup finals from 1994 to 2002, winning the trophy twice.
