Indiana Pacers center Roy Hibbert has looked to the world of mixed-martial arts to supplement his off-season training, even talking to a guy who starred in a movie with Bruce Lee to help him get better. That guy happened to be Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, but it is clear Hibbert loves the martial arts.
This off-season he’s been working with the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy which released a video of Hibbert’s first lesson.
