When David West opted out of the final year of his contract with the Indiana Pacers and turned down $12 million, he said it was because he wanted to win a title. And now he has put his money where his mouth is and signed for $1.5 million to play with the San Antonio Spurs, according to David Aldridge of NBA.com.
