2015 Indianapolis 500: It's time to end the local blackout of the race

The Indy 500 is full of great traditions. Preventing those in Indianapolis TV markets from seeing the race isn't one of them.

Earlier this year, the NFL announced that it was finally getting rid of its arcane television blackout policy, one that would prevent games from appearing on local markets if they weren't sellouts.
