NORMAL, Ill. – Illinois State track and field head coach Jeff Bovee announced a pair of promotions on his staff Friday, as Mary Wood and Brenton Emanuel were each named Associate Head Coaches.
In her new role, Wood will take on additional duties monitoring student-athlete's academic progress and will coordinate home meet management. Emanuel will continue as the program's recruiting coordinator, but will also take on an increased responsibility student-athlete academic progress as well and leadership development.
"I am grateful for my entire staff of coaches here at Illinois State," Bovee said.
