NORMAL, Ill. – The Illinois State women's basketball team (4-11, 1-3 MVC) welcomes first-place Drake (12-4, 5-0 MVC) to town for the Redbirds' annual "We Back Pat" game, with tipoff slated for 2 p.m. on Doug Collins Court at Redbird Arena.
THE SERIES:
Illinois State and Drake are meeting for the 74th time in series history, dating back to Dec. 7, 1981, with the Bulldogs holding a slight 38-35 advantage overall, but the Redbirds are 21-14 in home games. The two sides have faced each other every year since the series started.
