TERRE HAUTE, Ind. — While awaiting more definitive word, Illinois State football coach Brock Spack is cautiously optimistic about the health of three-year starting offensive guard Kyle Avaloy.
Avaloy left Saturday's 34-31 loss to Indiana State in the first half with a knee injury and did not return.
