COOKEVILLE, TN - Designated hitter Derek Bangert hit a pair of go-ahead home runs, including a 2-run blast in the 11th inning, lifting Bradley (3-2) to a 7-5 win at Tennessee Tech (5-1) Saturday afternoon at Bush Stadium.
Sophomore LHP Cole Cook (2-0) pitched 2.1 scoreless innings to earn his second win in as many appearances and the Braves evened the series in advance of Sunday's 1 p.m. finale.
Bradley got off to a quick start as leadoff hitter Luke Shadid walked and scored on Luke Mangieri's 1-out triple.
