No. 33: Dre Brown, RB
Why he's important: How can Brown contribute on the field this season? It's a legitimate question, and the answer isn't exactly clear. Brown might be in his third season with the Illini, but this is the first season he will enter training camp healthy. The DeKalb grad enrolled early at Illinois — just in time to tear the ACL in his right knee and miss the entire 2015 season. Last season was a wash, too, after Brown tore his left ACL in spring practices.
