Class of 2018 offensive guard prospect Blaine Scott from Portsmouth East (OH) High School has announced a Top 13 of Arkansas, Cincinnati, Duke, Illinois, Iowa State, Kentucky, Louisville, Miami, Michigan State, Minnesota, Ole Miss, Oregon, and Rutgers.

The 6-foot-4, 310-pound athlete is tentatively set to make his college decision on May 5.
Scott most recently saw Illinois on a visit to campus for Illini Junior Day and had a “great time” during his visit.
