Stoke City are in talks over a deal for Hull City left-back Josh Tymon.
The 18-year-old Tymon played in every game for England at the recent Toulon Tournament but is yet to sign professional terms at Hull despite being part of the first team squad since January 2016.
It is expected the fee will have to be determined by a tribunal unless the clubs can negotiate a compromise.
Tymon made 12 appearances for Hull last season and scored his first goal in the FA Cup defeat of Swansea City.
