Hull captain Curtis Davies praises 'ruthless' Liverpool after Anfield demolition: 'They didn't give us a chance to breathe'

Curtis Davies called Liverpool 'the most ruthless and fluent' attack Hull have faced so far this season after they were thrashed 5-1 at Anfield.

Goals from Adam Lallana, Sadio Mane, Philippe Coutinho and a James Milner brace from the penalty spot saw the Reds saw to a third consecutive Premier League win.

After a 4-1 reverse against Arsenal at the KCom Stadium a week ago, Saturday's loss was their third in their last four and saw Mike Phelan's side drop out of the top half of the table.
