Kareem Jackson expected to return vs. Broncos

Following a hamstring injury, Jackson was a full participant in Thursday’s practice after being inactive in Weeks 5 and 6 against Minnesota and Indianapolis. Jackson has recored 21 tackles (17 solo), one tackle for loss, ande two passes defensed in his four starts this year.

It’s good news for Houston’s secondary, which has been dealing with multiple injuries, including second-year cornerback Kevin Johnson (foot), Johnathan Joseph (forearm), Quintin Demps (calf).

“I think one thing we had this year in the secondary is we had a lot of competition because of who we’ve had there,” defensive coordinator Romeo Crennel said.
