Jerry Jones remains mum as Tony Romo speculation abounds

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – As soon as the media arrived at the NFL meetings, speculation began about Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones releasing quarterback Tony Romo.

Jones has tried to trade Romo, but the two teams that could be the most interested -- the Texans and Denver Broncos – appear to be waiting for him to be released.

The Texans will pursue Romo if he's released. The Broncos are expected to be interested in him, too.

Jones has given no indication what his plans are for Romo, but considering he's attending the league meetings, perhaps he'll shine some light on the subject before he leaves.
