Houston Texans Sign 3rd-Round WR Miller to 4-Year Deal

IT’S OFFICIAL. The Houston Texans have finally agreed to terms with former Buckeyes WR Braxton Miller on a four year deal, according to John McClain of the Houston Chronicle.

The rookie contract will be worth $3.1 mil to go along with a signing bonus of $709k.

Miller, 23, was surprisingly taken with the No. 85 overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft. Miller was the second wide receiver selected by the Texans in the draft and fit nicely in the draft plan to add more speed to Houston’s offense. Both rookie wide receivers, Will Fuller and Miller, are expected to provide an element of speed and explosion to pair with No.
