Shadowing budding football players in the background of plays, Texans Pro Bowl wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins periodically exhorted them with a serious reminder Friday morning.
"No dropped passes," Hopkins told the youngsters at a Hyundai NFL youth football camp at Houston ISD's Joe Kelly Butler Sports Complex.
During Hopkins' star turn last season in which the former first-round draft pick from Clemson delivered a series of acrobatic, one-handed catches, he was named to his first Pro Bowl and had a career-high 111 catches for 1,521 yards and a franchise-record 11 touchdowns.
Hopkins ranked third in the NFL in receiving yards behind the Atlanta Falcons' Julio Jones and the Pittsburgh Steelers' Antonio Brown.
