Meet the athletes who inspired rule changes

If you saw the end of Monday's Spurs/Thunder playoff game in San Antonio, you know that lot went on during the final 13.5 seconds.

So much, in fact, that the NBA's official final two minutes report released Tuesday detailed five missed calls, with three fouls against the Spurs and two against the Thunder. None of it changed the result, a 98-97 Oklahoma City victory that tied the series at a game apiece.

But one thing that will change is the NBA's enforcement of inbounds plays, notably the elbow that the Thunder's Dion Waiters gave the Spurs' Manu Ginobili to give himself more space to pass the ball in bounds.
