James Harden's triple double not enough to help Rockets defeat Warriors

The team that was built on the math that said 3s are worth more than 2s, was reduced to scoring one point a time. That would not be nearly enough, not against the Warriors and not without ever finding their shooting touch.

The Rockets could scrap their way back into the game. They could attack the Warriors' hard closeout and overplaying defense off the dribble to live at the line.

They could not complete a comeback, however, when they clanged their way around the 3-point line, matching their fewest 3s of the season on the way to a 113-106 loss Tuesday at Toyota Center.
