Houston Dynamo forward Romell Quioto may be available sooner than initially expected after leaving Honduras' World Cup qualifier against the United States early.
Quioto crashed hard after a challenge just before halftime and immediately went to the locker room with a reported dislocated right shoulder, but Honduran newspaper Diez is reporting that Quioto will now possibly be available for Los Catrachos' qualifier on Tuesday against Costa Rica (4 p.m. CT; beIN Sports Connect, NBC Universo).
Houston Chronicle beat reporter Corey Roepken talked with Dynamo vice president/general manager Matt Jordan, who said there are more tests to be done before an official diagnosis and timeline are in place.
