Houston Dynamo select three players in the 2017 MLS SuperDraft

The Houston Dynamo selected midfielder Joe Holland, goalkeeper Jake McGuire and defender Danilo Radjen in the 2017 MLS SuperDraft presented by adidas.

The Dynamo began the day by trading the fourth overall pick in the SuperDraft to Portland Timbers FC for the 10th overall pick, $100,000 in General Allocation Money and a 2017 International roster slot. Houston then traded $125,000 of General Allocation Money and $50,000 of Targeted Allocation Money to the LA Galaxy for defender A.J. DeLaGarza.

“We came into the day with a very clear plan, clear objectives and we couldn’t be happier with the way the day went,” Dynamo Vice President and General Manager, Matt Jordan said.
