Dynamo's Romell Quioto on injury: 'It hurts a little'

It looks less than likely that Dynamo forward Romell Quioto will be able to play for Honduras in a World Cup Qualifier on Tuesday after he suffered what appeared to be a shoulder injury Friday night.

That means his availability for the Dynamo's next game is up in the air, too.

Quioto was injured late in the first half against the United States when he got tangled up with the United States' Alejandro Bedoya and Jozy Altidore. Altidore and Bedoya muscled Quioto off the ball, causing Quioto to land hard on his left shoulder.

Quioto immediately waved his right hand to signal for help from the medical staff.
