In its 2017 MLS Cup championship odds updated Thursday, Bovada lists the Dynamo at 16-to-1. Houston's odds have shortened more than any other team by a long shot.
The week before the regular season began, the Dynamo were 100-to-1, better than only expansion club Minnesota United FC. Now there are only 10 teams with shorter odds.
The Dynamo finished last in the Western Conference last season but are tied for second place this week.
