Two times every year the MLS Players Union releases salary data for all of its players. Wednesday was the first day for 2017.
This year it was particularly interesting to see the Dynamo salaries because there are so many new players and several other new contracts.
The Dynamo have the second-lowest total salary ($4.838 million) in the league, which has been a trend throughout the franchise's history. They'll face off on Friday against the team with the highest total salary. Toronto FC is paying its players more than $20 million in 2017.
Toronto FC has three players who by themselves make more than the entire Dynamo roster.
