Dynamo have big day at MLS SuperDraft

The Houston Dynamo selected Joe Holland, Jake McGuire and Danilo Radjen in the 2017 MLS SuperDraft.

The team kicked the draft off by trading the fourth overall pick in the SuperDraft to Portland Timbers FC for the 10th overall pick, $100,000 in General Allocation Money and a 2017 International roster slot. Houston then traded $125,000 of General Allocation Money and $50,000 of Targeted Allocation Money to the LA Galaxy for defender A.J. DeLaGarza.

With the 10th pick of the draft the Dynamo selected Joe Holland, a midfielder out of Hofstra University. The England native finished his collegiate career with 19 goals and 28 assists in 79 games.
