Cory's Corner: Packers' offense shows a spark

The Packers whipped Chicago 26-10, but let’s be honest, when triple zeroes showed on the Lambeau Field scoreboard, the Bears resembled a Class AA minor league team.

But let’s also remember that this was a Packers’ team that has been adrift in the offensive wilderness for the better part of a year. Aaron Rodgers is below Case Keenum in completion percentage and the Packers have hovered near the bottom in yards per attempt. This team has looked plain awful at times.

But you have to crawl before you can walk.

The Packers may have played the new-look Detroit Lions, but they did accomplish one thing: they kick-started their short passing game.
