Clay Matthews Was Tiny In High School

You’ve surely heard the stories of how Green Bay Packers linebacker Clay Matthews wasn’t much of a player for a lot of years.

Matthews wasn’t recruited out of high school. He walked on at USC, where he didn’t become a starter until his senior season.

The fact of the matter is, despite having a father who played linebacker in the NFL for 19 years, Matthews just wasn’t very big.
