Packers seek big gains in return game

Green Bay — Of course he heard the Randall Cobb comparison. Soon after the Green Bay Packers drafted Ty Montgomery, scout Sam Seale called the Stanford wide receiver a bigger version of Cobb.

Montgomery isn't about to fully embrace this himself.

"He's a veteran," Montgomery said, "he's put in his time. I haven't played a down in an NFL game yet, so to say I could do what he could do without having done it yet, I think would be an unfair statement to him.

"I can't say I'm Randall Cobb."

The Packers are not expecting a third-round pick to step in and catch 106 balls as Cobb did last season.
