Green Bay Packers News: Packers sign RB Michael Hill

The Green Bay Packers have signed running back Michael Hill to their active roster. Hill, a rookie out of Missouri Western, spent the first four weeks of the season on Green Bay's practice squad. After going undrafted, Hill spent the preseason with the San Diego Chargers and played in all four preseason games before being cut prior to the beginning of the regular season. At Missouri Western, Hill was the school's all-time leading rusher with 4,969 yards and 35 TDs on 828 carries (6.0 avg.).

To fill Hill's spot on the practice squad, Packers GM Ted Thompson announced the team had signed wide receiver Reggie Dunn. Another undrafted player, Dunn spent his preseason with the Pittsburgh Steelers, and also played in all four contests. Dunn is a return specialist, and returned 10 kickoffs for 513 yards (51.3 avg.) and a school-record four TDs with Utah during his senior season.
