Onwuasor played two seasons at Texas Tech and transferred to Southern Utah for his junior year, and he exploded. He averaged 23.6 points per game, 6.6 rebounds, and 3.2 assists. He is a high octane scorer with a strong ability to slash and finish at the hoop.
