SURREY, England (AP) -- Gregory Bourdy of France had rounds of 67 and 68 at Walton Heath on Monday to lead 13 players who earned spots in the U.S. Open at a qualifier.

Three-time major champion Padraig Harrington seemed certain to join them until a bogey-bogey finish left him one shot shy of a playoff.
