Jarrett Jack Leading the Warriors to Success

The Golden State Warriors from the beginning of the season are back. They have won the past three games. Their golden year can now resume. During their losing streak, Jarrett Jack had taken on the role of being a leader for the Warriors. He has proven just how important it is for a veteran to be on the court.

During the game on Sunday against the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Warriors were lucky escape with a win, beating the Timberwolves 100 to 99. They turned the ball over twenty-two times. This was the Warriors season-high for turnovers, which is not something that they should be proud of. Regardless of their high number of turnovers, the Warriors still pulled off the night with a win against the Timberwolves. Jarrett Jack led the Warriors with a high of 23 points.

Jack is the main reason why the Warriors have been succeeding these past three games. During the game on Sunday, Jack had 23 points and 8 assists off the bench. There is no other player on the team that anyone can truly praise for leading the Warriors to a victory on Sunday. His three-pointer in the final two minutes of the game gave the Warriors their first fourth-quarter lead. His leadership is bringing the team back to how they were playing the first-half of the season.

Sunday was not a good game for the Warriors. They made a lot of mistakes throughout the game and many say that they did not deserve to win the game. During Sunday's game they literally "escaped" with the win. The Warriors are working on their game. They are becoming a better team with each game and are forming the chemistry that is needed for a team to succeed. Stephen Curry has lead the way for the majority of the season and now Jarrett Jack seems to be taking over. As a veteran he knows the game better and is able to provide more insight for the younger players.

The Warriors need to make sure that they keep Jarrett Jack around. The new short-sleeved jerseys are a different story…can somebody get rid of those?
