This week, sons of Georgia Tech great Pat Swilling — Tre Swilling and Bruce Jordan-Swilling — went from being teammates at Brother Martin High School in New Orleans, La. to committing to become teammates at Georgia Tech.
On Tuesday night, Jordan-Swilling became the 13th member of the Jackets’ 2017 signing class in a statement released on Twitter. In the statement, the 4-star running back thanked all the colleges that recruited him, but ultimately decided that “Swilling’s stick together.”
Jordan-Swilling said his phone “would not stop ringing” with messages of congratulations Tuesday night when he finally announced his intentions for his college career.
