Georgia Tech (20-19, 6-14 ACC) went on the road to Virginia Tech this past weekend for a three-game series with the Hokies.
The Yellow Jackets won a pair of single-games against Mercer and Georgia State, but had been swept by Notre Dame and Louisville in their last two series sets.
Tech traveled to Blacksburg for a three game series against the Hokies over the weekend, with a double header on Friday and a finale on Saturday. The Jackets took games one and three from the Hokies to win the series 2-1.
Game One
In game one on Friday, the Jackets continued their recent offensive surge with a 13-3 win, led by an incredible 5-for-6, four RBI, three run day from catcher Joey Bart.
