* Georgia State capped off an undefeated weekend in Statesboro, Ga. with a 4-0 sweep of Georgia Southern Sunday afternoon.
* GSU (9-7, 2-2) rolled to its second conference victory of the season at the Eagles’ Wallis Tennis Center. The Panthers won the doubles point behind victories from duos Damira Muminović and Kristin Rehse as well as Arina Taluyenko and Tarani Kamoe. Taluyenko, Muminović and Lara Vovk took it home for GSU with wins in singles play.
* Georgia State returns home next Wednesday for its match UAB at Piedmont Park.
