Four ITA Scholar-Athletes for Women's Tennis

ATLANTA -- The Georgia State women's tennis was honored by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association as a 2017 All-Academic Team, and four individuals were recognized as ITA Scholar-Athletes.

Georgia State's ITA Scholar-Athletes for 2016-17 are senior Tarani Kamoe, junior Kristin Rhese, sophomore Daniela Ramirez and freshman Ilnoa Golynker. In order to earn ITA Scholar-Athlete status, a student-athlete must be a varsity letter winner with a grade point average of at least 3.50 (on a 4.00 scale) for the current academic year and must have been enrolled at their present school for at least two semesters.

The ITA All-Academic Team award is open to any ITA program that has a cumulative team grade point average of 3.
