DESTIN, Fla. – Steven Fisk fired a 5-under 66, and Jake Storey carded a 68 to lead the Georgia Southern men's golf team into third place after the first round of the Sun Belt Championship at the Raven Club Sunday.
The tournament was scheduled for 36 holes today, but thunderstorms in the area caused a three-hour, 16-minute weather delay while the Eagles were on holes 5-7.
Play resumed at 1:26 p.m. local time, and the teams finished the first round and started the second before play was suspended because of darkness with the Eagles on holes 7-10.
